(20 December 1927 – 29 March 2010)

With utmost reverence:

A true devotee of social upliftment through the light of knowledge, educationist Shri Rajendra Tripathi once said:

"An educated society is the backbone of a strong nation."

In the same spirit, Swami Vivekananda stated:

"Education is the manifestation of the perfection already in man."

Despite not completing higher education himself, he deeply desired accessible, quality education in this remote region to empower the local youth.

Though he didn’t witness it in his lifetime, the school he started — Maa Bhagwati Primary School — now stands as a symbol of growth, offering quality education to the underprivileged.

His dream for a fully established degree college has been realized in the form of Maa Bhagwati Inter College, fulfilling his noble vision.

His ideals continue to inspire us. We carry forward his mission with honor and dedication.

Message from the Management

In today’s changing world, education must evolve too. With the integration of technology, traditional systems are shifting toward modern, quality-driven approaches. There is a pressing need to uplift rural educational institutions to match urban standards.

To build a strong identity, institutions must meet the expectations of students. Education now spans traditional and modern disciplines, making curriculum diversity essential. Our college is working to affiliate with central and recognized universities, tailoring programs to rural students' needs.

We aim to introduce more professional and career-focused courses to provide local youth with employment-oriented education. Despite resource challenges, we are committed to enhancing program diversity and accessibility.

This college was envisioned with the purpose of empowering this remote region through education. Its success depends not only on students but also on the active involvement of faculty and stakeholders.
